About the Nasson Youth Theater

NYT: A Youth Theatre Company is a non-profit program for kids ages 8-18. We have professional directors help them craft their acting skills. We expose them to all aspects of theater and the arts, from lighting and sound to costume and sets.

NYT presents Two Acts of Spring directed by Cat Mathews

The Support Group from Hell by Jeffrey Harr. Wendy walks into a typical teen support group. However, she quickly discovers that the others are anything but typical. Who is Vladimir and why does he speak with a Transylvanian accent? Why does Lucy only speak one word (braiiinnnnssss)? And why does Janet think she’s Batman?

Grim and Gruesome Grim by Mrs. Evelyn Merritt. The original Grimm’s Fairy Tales are far from sweet, naive, innocent, syrupy, or charming. These tales are not for the faint of heart! Join us for a grim and gruesome stroll through dark forests and nasty characters. Don’t keep a body count.

"We dare to dream...you can too!"
